ITINERARY

The adventure begins with a scenic 9-11 hours drive from Kathmandu to Dovan, where the trek officially commences. The journey continues with a trek to Jagat, a charming village at an altitude of 1300m, offering the first taste of the Himalayan landscapes.

Embark on a 5-6 hours trek from Jagat to Deng, situated at 1860m above sea level. The trail meanders through lush forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages, providing a glimpse into the local way of life in the Himalayas.

Today's trek takes you from Deng to Namrung, a picturesque village perched at an altitude of 2630m. Enjoy a 5-6 hours walk through rugged terrain, passing by stunning vistas of snow-capped peaks and cascading waterfalls along the way.

Venture from Namrung to Samagaon, a tranquil settlement located at 3530m above sea level. The 6-7 hours trek offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and a chance to immerse yourself in the local culture of the region.

Ascend to Dharamsala, situated at 4460m, in a 4-5 hours trek from Samagaon. The higher altitude brings a change in scenery as you approach the base for the challenging Larkya La Pass, with rugged landscapes and pristine mountain views.

Today is a demanding yet rewarding day as you conquer the formidable Larkya La Pass at an elevation of 5106m. The 8-9 hours trek to Bimtang, located at 3720m, offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks and a sense of accomplishment.
 

Conclude the trek with a descent from Bimtang to Tilje, where you bid farewell to the mountainous terrain. From Tilje, a drive to Besisahar marks the end of the trek before heading back to Kathmandu, reminiscing about the incredible experiences and memories created during the 7-day Manaslu Circuit adventure.

  • Extra night’s accommodation in Kathmandu due to early arrival or late departure or early return from the trek.
  • All the alcoholic and nonalcoholic, soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, extra food, cold and hot drinks on trek ( i.e. those you choose to purchase along the way and during evenings in the tea houses)
  • All desserts & sweet things like chocolate, cake, pie, pudding.
  • Hot shower and battery charging at the tea houses.
  • Travel insurance which has to cover emergency high-altitude rescue and evacuation (compulsory)
  • Tips for guide and porters (recommended in our culture – and well deserved too!)
  • Additional costs or delays caused by events beyond our control, for example, landslides, severe weather conditions, itinerary modification due to safety concerns, illness, change of government policies & strikes.
