ITINERARY
Day 1 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,850m/9,350 ft) & Trek to Phakding (2,650m/8,562 ft) Duration: 5 hours.
Your adventure begins with an early morning scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Upon arrival at Lukla, you'll meet your trekking team and start the trek. The path takes you through beautiful Sherpa villages and dense pine forests, following the Dudh Koshi River. The gentle descent leads you to Phakding, a charming village where you will rest for the night in a luxury lodge.
Day 2 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,285 ft) Duration: 5-6 hours.
Today’s trek is a bit more challenging, with a steady ascent towards Namche Bazaar, the heart of the Khumbu region. The trail takes you through lush forests and across thrilling suspension bridges. Day 5 : Trek from Deboche to Dingboche (4,360m/14,290ft) Duration: 4-5 hours.

Day 8 : Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and back (5,364m/17,598ft) to Gorak Shep (5,185m/17,010 ft) Duration: 6-8 hours.
Today is one of the most exciting days of the trek. You’ll trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp, passing through the Khumbu Icefall and enjoying awe-inspiring views of Mount Everest and the surrounding glaciers. After reaching Everest Base Camp, take time to appreciate the beauty and significance of being at the foot of the world’s highest peak. You will then return to Gorak Shep for the night in a luxury lodge.
Day 9 : Climb to Kala Patthar (5,555m/18,208ft) and Trek from Gorak Shep to Pheriche (4,250m/13,945ft) Duration: 8 hours.
Start early for the challenging ascent to Kala Patthar, a famous viewpoint offering some of the best panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Day 10 : Trek from Pheriche (4,250m/13,945ft) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,285 ft) Duration: 6-7 hours.
The trek today is a descent back to Namche Bazaar, passing through small Sherpa villages, forests, and scenic trails. This is a great opportunity to relax and reflect on your incredible journey to Everest Base Camp. Once in Namche, you’ll stay at a luxury lodge and enjoy a final evening in the bustling village.
Day 11 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,850m/9,350 ft) Duration: 6-7 hours.
On your final trekking day, you’ll retrace your steps back to Lukla. The trail descends gradually through forests and villages, offering one last opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Khumbu region. - Sherpa Porters: Strong, helpful Sherpa porters with the proper safety and walking equipment, including their salary, food, accommodation, and insurance. One porter will be provided for every two trekkers.
- Trekking Gear: Use of sleeping bags, down jackets, duffel bags, and walking poles if you do not have your own. All items should be returned after the trip.
- Necessary Permits: Includes Sagarmatha National Park Fees and the TIMS Card (Trekking Information Management System) required for your trek.

- Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The visa for Nepal can easily be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Visa fees are as follows: $30 USD for a 15-day visa, $50 USD for a 30-day visa, and $125 USD for a 90-day visa.
- Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu: Any accommodation in Kathmandu before or after the trek is not included in the package.
- Extra Nights Accommodation and Meals: Any extra accommodation and meals you may require before or after the trek, including in Kathmandu, are not covered.
- International Airfare: Flights to and from Kathmandu, including any other international travel expenses, are not included.
- Additional Food and Drinks on Trek: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, desserts, pies, puddings, and any extra food you choose to purchase along the way (including beverages in teahouses) are not part of the package.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included and must cover emergency high-altitude rescue and evacuation in case of illness or injury.
- Personal Clothing and Trekking Equipment: Personal items such as clothes and trekking gear are not provided. You will need to bring or rent these items separately.
- Itinerary Modifications or Delays: Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes or delays due to weather conditions, illness, government policies, strikes, or personal health issues are not covered.
- Gratuities for Guides and Staff: While not mandatory, tips for your guides and porters are appreciated and follow Nepali cultural customs.

Important Note: If you need to return early from the trek due to sickness or any other reason, the money you paid for flights, hotels, meals, mountain rooms, etc., is nonrefundable. You will be responsible for covering any additional expenses in Kathmandu for accommodation, meals, and other services.

From Start to Summit – Exceptional Support from Suman Sherpa
I had read about how difficult the Everest Three Pass Trek is, but I was still caught off guard by how demanding it was. That said, I wouldn’t change a single thing, especially because we had Suman Sherpa from Sherpa Expedition & Trekking leading the way. Suman is one of the kindest and most organized people I’ve ever met. He was meticulous in planning, but also incredibly adaptable—adjusting our rest stops and daily pace as we went. What I loved most was how he fostered a strong group dynamic. We all felt like we were in it together. Crossing the Kongma La Pass was my favorite part. The high-altitude stillness and raw views made me feel completely present. Suman made that moment even more special by surprising us with chocolate and tea at the top! From the cozy lodges to the acclimatization hikes, every part of this trip was well thought out. Suman was more than a guide—he was a mentor, a friend, and a mountain expert through and through.
