ITINERARY
Day 1 : Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,640m) Duration: 4-5 hours.
Your adventure begins with an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, a thrilling journey offering spectacular views of the Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival in Lukla, your trek officially begins. After a short briefing, you'll descend into the Dudh Koshi Valley, trekking along the river towards Phakding. Day 2 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) Duration: 5-6 hours.

As you pass through small villages and enjoy scenic views of peaks like Thamserku, the route gradually ascends. The final stretch to Namche Bazaar is steep but offers breathtaking views of Everest and other surrounding mountains. After a break, continue your journey to Everest Base Camp, where you will be greeted by stunning views of Khumbu Icefall, and the towering face of Everest. After taking in the spectacular views, return to Gorak Shep for the night, where you can rest and relax in a comfortable, luxury lodge.
Day 7 : Trek to Kala Patthar and Back to Pheriche (4,371m) Duration: 6-7 hours.
In the early morning, hike to Kala Patthar, one of the best viewpoints for panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and the surrounding peaks. This is a challenging but rewarding ascent, and the view from the top is absolutely breathtaking. Afterward, you’ll begin your descent, retracing your steps back to Pheriche. You’ll spend the night in a cozy lodge in Pheriche, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest after a challenging but exhilarating day.
Day 8 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
After a restful night in Pheriche, it’s time to retrace your steps back to Namche Bazaar. The descent is easier than the ascent, but the landscape still offers stunning views. Along the way, you will pass through small villages and enjoy the beauty of the Himalayan foothills. Once back in Namche, you’ll stay in the luxury lodges once again, and enjoy some free time to explore the town, shop for souvenirs, or just relax.
Day 9 : Trek Back to Lukla (2,860m) Duration: 6-7 hours.
The final stretch of the trek will take you from Namche Bazaar back to Lukla, where you’ll conclude your trek. Day 10 : Fly to Kathmandu from Lukla & Transfer to Hotel.

- Domestic Airport Transfers: Private vehicle transfers for your arrival and departure from the airport in Kathmandu.
- Luxury Accommodation: Stay in the highest available standard lodges and guesthouses during the trek, such as in Lukla, Phakding, Namche Bazaar and Deboche at Yeti Mountain Home - Dingboche - luxury lodge. Lobuche, Gorakshep and Pheriche will be basic teahouses with common bathrooms for a more authentic trekking experience.
- Meals: Three delicious meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) provided during the trek, ensuring you have the energy needed for each day's journey.
- Experienced Sherpa Guide: One highly experienced, government-licensed, English-speaking local guide to lead your trek. The guide’s meals, flight, insurance, accommodation, and trekking equipment are included in your package.
- Sherpa Porters: Strong, helpful Sherpa porters with the proper safety and walking equipment, including their salary, food, accommodation, and insurance. One porter will be provided for every two trekkers.
- Trekking Gear: Use of sleeping bags, down jackets, duffel bags, and walking poles if you do not have your own. All items should be returned after the trip.
- Necessary Permits: Includes Sagarmatha National Park Fees and the TIMS Card (Trekking Information Management System) required for your trek.
- Assistant Guide: For groups of 8 or more, an assistant guide will accompany the trek to ensure extra safety and support.
- Round-trip Flight: Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu flights, including all applicable departure taxes, are included.

Cost Excludes
- Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The visa for Nepal can easily be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Visa fees are as follows: $30 USD for a 15-day visa, $50 USD for a 30-day visa, and $125 USD for a 90-day visa.
- Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu: Any accommodation in Kathmandu before or after the trek is not included in the package.
- Extra Nights Accommodation and Meals: Any extra accommodation and meals you may require before or after the trek, including in Kathmandu, are not covered.
- International Airfare: Flights to and from Kathmandu, including any other international travel expenses, are not included.
- Additional Food and Drinks on Trek: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, desserts, pies, puddings, and any extra food you choose to purchase along the way (including beverages in teahouses) are not part of the package.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included and must cover emergency high-altitude rescue and evacuation in case of illness or injury.
- Personal Clothing and Trekking Equipment: Personal items such as clothes and trekking gear are not provided. You will need to bring or rent these items separately.
- Itinerary Modifications or Delays: Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes or delays due to weather conditions, illness, government policies, strikes, or personal health issues are not covered.
- Gratuities for Guides and Staff: Tips for your guides and porters are appreciated and follow Nepali cultural customs.
- Unmentioned Expenses: Any other costs not specifically mentioned in the "Cost Includes" section are not covered.
Important Note: If you need to return early from the trek due to sickness or any other reason, the money you paid for flights, hotels, meals, mountain rooms, etc., is nonrefundable. You will be responsible for covering any additional expenses in Kathmandu for accommodation, meals, and other services.

From Start to Summit – Exceptional Support from Suman Sherpa
I had read about how difficult the Everest Three Pass Trek is, but I was still caught off guard by how demanding it was. That said, I wouldn’t change a single thing, especially because we had Suman Sherpa from Sherpa Expedition & Trekking leading the way. Suman is one of the kindest and most organized people I’ve ever met. He was meticulous in planning, but also incredibly adaptable—adjusting our rest stops and daily pace as we went. What I loved most was how he fostered a strong group dynamic. We all felt like we were in it together. Crossing the Kongma La Pass was my favorite part. The high-altitude stillness and raw views made me feel completely present. Suman made that moment even more special by surprising us with chocolate and tea at the top! From the cozy lodges to the acclimatization hikes, every part of this trip was well thought out. Suman was more than a guide—he was a mentor, a friend, and a mountain expert through and through.
