Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, take the day to relax and explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu. You can visit nearby attractions like the Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) or Durbar Square if time permits. After reaching Upper Sinuwa, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Overnight stay at Upper Sinuwa.

Today’s trek takes you from Upper Sinuwa to Deurali (3,230m). The trail gradually ascends, passing through dense rhododendron forests and offering glimpses of the Annapurna Range. The Annapurna Base Camp trek was an experience that words can hardly describe. Trekking through the majestic Himalayas felt like walking in a dream. But what made it truly special was our guide, Lakpa Tamang, from Sherpa Expedition. Lakpa’s calm energy, local wisdom, and attention to detail made the journey incredibly smooth and meaningful. He was always checking in on us, reminding us to hydrate and take our time. Lakpa shared fascinating insights about the local communities, mountains, and traditions, which made every village we passed through feel alive with stories. The trek itself was breathtaking—lush forests, charming tea houses, and towering snow-capped peaks. Sherpa Expedition handled everything beautifully: flights, meals, permits, and accommodations were all well-organized. Our porters were kind and strong, and the food along the trail was much better than I expected. Reaching base camp was emotional—the light on the Annapurna range was surreal. I highly recommend this trek to anyone who loves nature, culture, and adventure. And if you’re lucky enough to trek with Lakpa Tamang, your experience will be unforgettable.

From the moment I landed in Nepal, Sherpa Expedition impressed me with their professionalism. The Annapurna Base Camp trek is a life-changing experience, but it was the guidance of Dawa Sherpa that made it extraordinary. Dawa was supportive, extremely knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the mountains. He had a great sense of humor, shared stories during rest stops, and always made sure the group stayed together and safe. His positive energy helped us through tough weather and steep climbs. The trek itself was stunning. We passed through dense forests, crossed high-altitude bridges, and finally stood in the middle of the Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by giants like Annapurna I and Machapuchare. I had seen photos, but being there in person took my breath away. Sherpa Expedition took care of every detail—from airport pickup to flights to Pokhara and comfortable lodging along the route. Every night we had warm food and a clean bed to sleep in. The team made it feel like a family trek. Thanks to Dawa and Sherpa Expedition, I now understand why people say trekking in Nepal is transformational. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

The Annapurna Base Camp trek with Sherpa Expedition was one of the most soulful and enriching journeys I’ve ever taken. I expected beautiful views, but I didn’t expect to come away feeling spiritually refreshed. A lot of that credit goes to our incredible guide, Ngima Dorje. Ngima wasn’t just a guide—he was a storyteller, a friend, and a guardian. His quiet confidence and deep connection to the mountains made us feel safe, especially when the trail got difficult. He explained local customs, shared Buddhist philosophies, and taught us a few Nepali phrases to connect with villagers. The trek was stunning from start to finish. We passed waterfalls, rhododendron forests, and small stone villages before entering snow-covered trails. Every night, we had delicious meals and warm tea houses waiting for us—Sherpa Expedition picked great spots with friendly hosts. Ngima made sure everyone acclimatized properly and felt good physically and emotionally. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp was overwhelming in the best way. I looked up at the peaks with tears in my eyes. This wasn’t just a physical trek—it was a journey inward too. Thank you, Ngima Dorje and Sherpa Expedition, for something I will never forget.
